Game Menlyn is trash!!!

I bought a hot belt at Game Menlyn. The size said medium outside, and the hot belt itself was labelled large. The hot belt was dirty with lipstick stains and the material was evident of wearing and tearing.

I've once bought a waist trainer at Game before, and other branches let you fit such garmets before purchase, because waist trainers are considered underwear and cannot be exchanged or refunded for. I received no such service at Game Menlyn and I'm utterly disappointed.
