Game Massstores takes clients monies and dont deliver goods

I purchased a Samsung TV on the 24th February and was told they will place my order and my tv will arrive on the 4th March, its now the 11th March and till date no one has called or messaged us with any information. every time we call in the sales people say there is no stock yet, they took our money and now cant deliver our TV or hand us feedback, when we try and call the ********** 020 number it just rings, we cant keep on going in to get feedback id like my money returned for this purchase from Game clearwater
