GAME MASSMART PATHETIC SERVICE

PATHETIC SERVICE 100% & MORE Is what im receiving from GAME Mass mart & their NATIONAL CALL CENTRE. Call centre that has no experirence in customer service what so ever!!!! DONT EVER BUY A EXTRA WARRANTY ON A ANY PRODUCT FROM GAME/MAKRO!!! It all runs under same CALL CENTRE. 3 weeks now waiting & still no call from a Technican. Customer services there HAVE NO CLUE When a Tech will even call you!!! How the hell did they even get a job there & WORST OF ALL WHO SO DUMB ENOUGH TO CREATE THAT JOB?? Are we better off buying TVs & appliances off GUMTREE & FACEBOOK??!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SUPPORT THIS KRAP SERVICE STORE!!!! All sparkling & shiny on the outside but PATHETIC Inner service!!!!
