Game / Massmart - Awful Customer Service and Misleading Advertising

The customer service at Game (Rosebank) is awful. The Massmart complaints team are shocking. I received a call about 6 weeks after logging a complaint and the employee was caught in a lie at which point he began speaking over me. When I requested a recording of the call, he abruptly ended the call. I tried calling back a few times before receiving an SMS saying "I'll call you back." Honestly, just go with Takealot or Amazon regardless of the price as Game's advertising is extremely misleading.
