Game Marketing Failure

I went to Game in Fourways Mall on the 31/10/19 to buy pillows, the price of the pillow was R69.99 each and the tag read "buy 2 save R50", so to my understanding as a customer, I can buy two pillows for R139.98 and get them at R89.98 due to the "save" factor. however when I got to the till to pay for it, I was told that I had to pay R139.98 cause the R50 discount was already factored into the price. This is complete and utter bull****, I think whoever is incharge of the marketing at game, really doesnt know how to do their job! I am so sick and tired of never getting good service from them, they always have short staff, they don't know whats going on and they don't have good management s****s either. As a customer, I refuse to continue to give my support to such a company!

I strongly suggest that Game, get their act together, perhaps invest in a more experienced marketing team and better communication from management to staff and from staff to customers!
