Game management to the rescue

I was in the Canal Walk branch of Game recently and found a Sonos speaker that I was interested, But there was no price on the item and when I looked around for help, all the employees were buys on their phone. I asked the closest lady for assistance with the item and she said she don't know and pointed at someone else I should ask. I then asked the other guy and he said he don't know but he will get someone, after a few minutes, someone appeared and gave the price, and then disappeared before I could ask more. I was loosing my cool and went to get the manager. Then came Quinton and he was able to get everything sorted for me and get all my questions answered and made a rather irritating experience much smoother.
