Game Mall of the South poor service

I am underwhelmed by the service I got from Game, Mall of the South, on the 23 January 2021 I bought a Hisense Built-in Solid Hob and the sales representative by the name of Given Mo***eng promised to order the product from their warehouse as they did not have any stock

I then did a follow-up call on the 25th of January 2021 and I was told she was on lunch, however she failed to get back to me.

Furthermore I went to the store on the 30th of January to check on my order as I had heard nothing from Given Mo***eng and I still do not have my Hob

I would like someone to please assist me as I would also like to make lunch.
