Game Mall of Africa - Terrible customer service

<p>I purchased a washing machine at Game, Mall Of Africa 0n Sunday 25 June 2017. I was then informed that my machine would be delivered the following Monday OR Tuesday. I called to follow up on Monday and was told systems are down and I would get my delivery the following day. On Tuesday, I called trying to arrange a suitable time and still, no luck. I was told to wait until someone called. This after I explained that there is no one in the house to accept delivery. At 20h41 on Wednesday evening, I received a very strange sms from what I assume is the driver telling me that they would deliver on Wednesday. It is Wednesday afternoon and no one in that warehouse seems to know where my washing machine is and when it will be delivered to me. I paid cash for both the machine and delivery. I am absolutely disgusted with your lack of customer care and honesty. </p>
