GAME Mall@Reds is the best and offers the best customer service under the sun

I went an bought a deep freezer at Game Mall@Reds and I was assisted by a friendly Sales rep:Vuyisanani Sintu.Ok he helped me and i specifically told him i need my fridge delivered same day.Ok i left and at about 17h00 i panicked and called Game and i was told if they promised to deliver today,they will.Ok Vuyisanani checked the books and apparently my delivery was not picked up meaning it was not going to be delivered the same day.Vuyisanani being a Customer champ, he remembered that i need :SAME day delivery and if they cant help I'll go next door" He hired a bakkie that came to deliver my fridge at about 18h36 when I had lost all hope, he called me at the gae and my fridge was there. Please give this man case of bells, for that reason, I wll become a regular at your store. Thanks Vuyisanani, great job!!!
