Game Makhado pay back the money!!

my mother paid R2,150 at your store with a Game employee’s assistance. The payment was incorrectly deposited into another account. She alerted your staff immediately but has received no resolution for two days,despite repeated requests. I urgently request the immediate refund of R2150 mistakenly paid by my mother, T.J Sithole, at your store on 15/04/2024 . Under South African law, retaining this payment constitutes unjust enrichment(*condictio indebiti*). The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 2008 (Section 20(7)also prohibits retaining funds for unintended transactions.

I request that you reverse the full amount to her account. Failure to comply will force escalation to the National Consumer Commission.
