In this store the customer is not a king but NONSENSE. On 5 occasions I went to bet the lotto, but there was nobody at the Lotto and cigarette kiosk. I asked other employees and I was told that "THE PERSON IN CHARGE IS ON LUNCH, THE PERSON IN CHARGE HS GONE TO THE TOILET, THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP YOU COME BACK AFTER AN HOUR". It seems the staff is not trained or ill disciplined or feel as if as customers they are doing us a favour to allow us into their store. I shall never set my foot again in this store.
