Game makes you pay for incomplete products

I went to game to buy a a ps4 remote for my wife. As i went to the section there was a guy on the floor having a personal call for more then 10 min. Called someone els to help me and he told me i have to get the remote at the cellphone coutner. When i asked for the remote to ho and pay i was rudely told you will first pay then only get a remote... After paying i had to stand and wait longer than 15 min to call a manager to assist.. The remote box was torn and it had no charge cable after i payed for it. I asked to get the charge cable and was told this is a wireless remote. You made me pay for something that is not completely and stole from me in this sense
