Game lying about orders dispatched!
I bought a Hisense 120L Chest Freezer White H120CF (Order number *** from Game online on 8 July 2020 and paid in full including delivery. On Sunday the 12th of July 2020 I received and email from Game stating that my order was dispatched from their warehouse and is making its way to me. Even the status of my order on Game online showed "dispatched" as from Sunday evening. Today (Thursday the 16th of July 2020) I phone game customer care about 4 times and one phone call to their courier "Dawn Wing", After getting a new courier tracking number from Game this morning (g***) and on the courier site it cannot be found. I was told after 11h00 this morning that they will phone me and no-one phoned me back. I phoned them again just now and they had the nerve to tell me that my order was only dispatched now from their warehouse and would be delivered by next week, Clearly a lie and now I have to wait another week for something I paid for in full more that a week ago. That is pathetic and unacceptable, I will NEVER BUY FROM GAME AGAIN EVER!!!!! I made a screenshot of the order status on game's website earlier this week on Monday, also I saved the email received from Game on Sunday. I am furious and at this stage I strongly doubt that I am ever going to see that freezer! Pathetic!!!!!!!

17 Jul 2020, 15:59Hahahaha I received a delivery today, but instead of the Hisense 210 L Freezer that I bought, I was given a Samsung washing machine...good God man you need to check your business, this is even beyond pathetic, it is hopeless. I sent back the washing machine which I did not buy!

After many days of countless phone calls (Costing me money) and your staff promising to come back to me with an answer, and they never do! I have now decided to take the next step. I am now giving you the last opportunity to correct you oblivious incompetence and deliver my freezer which I paid for in full on the 8th of July 2020 and hopefully this time you will deliver the correct item! Tomorrow is Wednesday the 22nd of July 2020 and will be exactly 14 days after I made my purchase online of an Hisense 210L chest Freezer. If my freezer isn’t delivered by tomorrow, I will on Thursday the 23rd of July 2020 go to my nearest police station and I will open a case of ***** against game, also I will publish all the evidence I accumulated thus far on social media platforms. At this point I just don’t have the stomach anymore to try and speak to your *********** staff over the phone anymore. So I hereby make my intentions abundantly clear that I am at the point of opening a case of ***** against your company and will do so as indicated above.
