Game lost our money and lost us as customers

We drove to Knysna from Plettenberg Bay yesterday with the intent to buy 2 television sets and gym equipment at Game. When we arrived after 11h00, the shop was still closed. There was a notice on the door stating that they would open later that day as they were in stock taking mode and were waiting for head office. We were not the only customers at the door and I called the store. The lady I spoke to said the same thing that was o the note and also informed me that she had no idea when they would open. I might also add that Game ran a promotion yesterday. 17% off on 17 October. We went elsewhere and spent a good deal of money. I can see why Game stores are closing as the attitude is not customer friendly.
