Game lost my washing machine

I bought a washing machine at game clearwater mall on the 11th of December 2021 and i was assured by their consultant that my delivery will be 13th. I called today and the customer services number tells me they deal with online orders only. The store i bought i from does not pick up the phone. The apparent warehouse in germiston says the washing machine was dispatched today 14th for delivery and i waited the whole day once again. I eventually call back the warehouse and the rude lady gives me the contractors number to call and ask where is my machine. The contractor ( to his surprise) says why did they not confirm with him because he doesn't have my machine. Late deliveries are for lenasia only not soweto because its dangerous for them. *** game stores!!!!!!where is the fu ken machine i paid for????
