Game lost my microwave!

Took my microwave to Game Mall of the South to be fixed. Yesterday( 6weeks after I took it in) I get a call to say I can collect it. I bring it home but it's still not working. I then took it back to Game to tell them, I ask them if I can't take it back to the supplier myself so that I don't have another 6 week wait, they phone the supplier and tell me I can bring it in and they'll repair it while I wait. I did that this morning only to be informed that the microwave Game gave me was not my microwave as the serial numbers are completely different. Now Game can't find my microwave, seems it's gotten lost somewhere between the supplier and Game Mall of the South. Utterly ridiculous
