Game lol Game over

Game.... no no rather Game over. Game Cradlestone Mall worst service ever. They advertise items that you cannot buy in store (any branch). Then they do a rain check where they get the item from the Warehouse and let you know once instore. Never phoned needed to followup myself. Then they can only assist if I pay for delivery. How and why is this my fault and must I be charged. We ended up paying for the item to get it delivered. Now we wait for delivery without any indications of when we will get the items. Why is it such a struggle to buy anything from Game is this how retail work? Fight to finilaly buy something and get it delivered. Last time Game sees me in their stores.
