Game like playing Games with their customers

Game are truly poor! I bought a TV from them. The TV has subsequently broken down. I have communicated with the store one more than one occasion but they say they cant verify if I bought it from them. I sent an email to them last week which is now ignored. If this is the service I get from them I will start boycotting all the MassMart stores! The service I have received is just shocking.
