Game lies, trade route is appaling

Trade Route game has the most unwilling, unfriendly, uninterested staff I have ever seen in a game store... And Game's false advertising I will indeed take much further as they have greatly inconvenienced me and my family. We created an extra credit facility with Game to purchase something advertised on special until January 30th or so... I have proof it was on the website Jan 15th.. the 16th I went to that lousy game in trade route mall and was told that there is no stock since Mid December even at the warehouse and they cannot sell the item... The same day I revisited the website and the product was suddenly gone.. so please be ready to explain what happened
