Game Lichtenburg not keeping to the arranged dates

Game Lichtenburg... Store manager said that the they will arrange the stock to be there yesterday. I phoned now to hear that it is still not there. Also talked to a lady called Cindy from game HO within last week and she confirmed that they will get the items from the closest other game branch.
