Game Liberty Midlands Mall - defective Defy appliances
I purchased a Defy refrigerator in February 2024 from Game Liberty Midlands mall.
In August 2024 I reported to Game and Defy that my food is going bad. To which they repaired the thermometer.
Currently the refrigerator is freezing to a point that I cannot open the drawers and it's leaking water.
I had informed Game and Defy that they can't keep repairing a brand new refrigerator and that I want it replaced.
Both Game Liberty Midlands Mall and Defy Pmb decline.
I am stuck with a defective refrigerator and both companies don't want to replace it despite it been under warranty.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend anyone buy Defy or shop from Game.. Terrible customer service.
