Game liberty mall still has nobody for customer service almost a month later

It's almost an entire month and no resolution game liberty mall or customer care. Im still waiting for my reply my tree my money I posted on the 30th of December asking why I have not received anything and they continue to drag their feet. No wonder their stores are closing down .
