Game Liberty Mall : Bad Service

I ordered a washing machine and 13 mid back chairs from the Game store at Liberty Midlands Mall. I have for the last 3 weeks have been given the run around with regard to the delivery of the items in question. Today,(2021/11/08), I was told that my order will be delivered by lunch time. this afternoon I received 5 chairs and was told that the rest of my order might be delivered tomorrow. i tried calling Game to speak to one of the managers but every time I called i was told the my call could not be transferred, eventually when it did get transferred i was placed on hold until the call cut off, this happened three times before i called back and told the lady that answered the switchboard that i was going onto Hello Peter to post a review of the really bad service that i have received from Game and within minutes of me putting the phone down i got a call from one of the employee,s of Game who informed me that he would be sorting out the delivery issues, but as of right now i still have had no word on the delivery.
