Game Lebowakgomo Stuff Bad Attitude and Rudeness

Game Lebowakgomo is so bad. I bought Volkano Impulse Headphones 2 weeks ago then I went visiting for holiday and left my headphones home they were still sealed. When I got home I didn't even use them for 5 days but they are already broken. That's when I emailed Game and texted Volkano on Instagram to tell them about what I'm experiencing. Both Game and Volkano told me to return the headphones back to the store with my receipt. I went to Game Lebowakgomo, when I got there, the guy who was suppose to help us came through. He then asked us, "what is the problem with the headphones", we said they are broken, then he's respond was "that's not my problem, go buy other ones". He didn't even touch the headphones, he didn't even see them and he didn't even want to hear our story. He just got there for 30 to 40 seconds and left. The most annoying part is the security was saying that I broke the headphones by purpose and I should buy another one and If I don't I should leave the store. What are the duties of security?, it's like she doesn't know her place. And the boring part is the stuff is very rude and they have attitude, they are always shouting at customers. So tired of them. Then the following day, receive a call from Game Lebowakgomo, the person was shouting, swearing at me and he was so rude and talking with attitude. And the most annoying part, he still said I broke them by purpose, the headphones never fell, I was just adjusting them, then they broke. When I told the guy on the phone that I checked the reviews of the Volkano Impulse headphones, and told him that alot of people are complaining about the same thing, he was like "why did you buy them if you saw the reviews"? What kind of question is that?, I was at the shop then remembered I needed headphones and bought the impulse now someone is going to ask me that question?. These people don't have manners
