GAME LAPTOPS

Hi Peter my complaint is GAME N1 CITY I bought a HP INTEL CELERON LAPTOP and even paid a extra 500 for a longer extension for the warranty and a 1 year Microsoft that cost me a extra R1000 and the laptop was worth r7999 but they had a special for r5499 problem I bought it in SEPTEMBER and 3months later returned it because it takes up to 20minutes to go on and every thing you go into takes up to 20 minutes, I phoned them on numerous occasion to complain about it and eventually was told to bring it in and returned it the 5 January, they were s'pose to just do a windows update as the salesman's told me they had many come backs on that laptops, it's now 17 February and still having no joy out of this experience they for ever having one better excuse after the other,the laptop I use for work purpose and yet no joy pls tell me the way forward as I drove down to them on 5 occasions and numerous phone calls and even game support is not even getting back to me
