GAME LANGEBERG MALL IS A DISGRACE!!
I am higly dissapointed in Game Langeberg Mall! My sister bought an A6 Series 70" TV, paid R 10248, due to a promotion. Long story short, they've checked the TV and all was in order. However, the TV did not fit in their Fortuner and decided to leave the TV at Game to go back home and get the bakkie.
After eventually getting the TV, it was NOT checked and they left, open the TV at home and discovered that the screen is cracked.
Game Langeberg Mall does not want to accept any laibility, spoken to a very arrogant sales manager, Rikus Diedericks. Long stories and very rude! It was Game's responsibility to check the TV before dispatcing it to customer.
I will take it further once I return from our holiday!!
