GAME Lakeside mall is the worst!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Game at Lakeside Mall regarding the repairs of my DEFY front loader washing machine. They have sent technicians to my home three different times, yet the machine is still not repaired to this day. Each visit ended with the same problem unresolved, and no proper explanation or solution offered.

After waiting this long and making countless follow-ups, it’s unacceptable that I’m still dealing with the same issue. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to deliver on their repair service is extremely frustrating.

I trusted Game to resolve the problem, but this entire experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I will not be using their repair services again, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customers deserve far better.
