Game Lakeside Mall failed to deliver

Bought a gas stove from Game Lakeside Mall on Tuesday, 25th of April 2023. An sms was sent that the delivery would take place on Wednesday 26th. 5 days later, no communication about delivery or the delay thereof has been received. We have tried to communicate via email and no response. NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE!!
