GAME LAKESIDE MALL ARE *****

Good day, i am really ****ing ****ed off now , we went yesterday to return a iron that was bought in March 2020, the iron is from Tevo , it is Bennette Read iron , firsty of all the GAME LAKESIDEMALL MANAGER (QONDANI) **** to us , to say we only have 14 days to return, but in the booklet of the iron ,it says we have 14 days to register for a extended 1 year , so why lie to us about the guarantee and warranty.

QUONDANI then promised us that we will get our iron back in a days time , so i called now at 1h45pm , i spoke to the sales manager ,now he tells me,no your iron will only get back in 6 days time or even longer, QUONDANI didnt tell us it will take so long, so GAME LAKESIDE MALL , lie to all their customers and the give a **** about not gett ing back to you on your issue.

This is the last time i set my foot in GAME to buy anything, they are useless in sorting the customer.
