Game Ladysmith

Ladysmith Game is terrible. I bought a few last minute items and got home to find that they hadn't packed one of the things I purchased. I couldn't go back because it was late. I will have to go tomorrow but I fear that the staff is not competent enough. The aircons weren't working at all. The lines were very long. I got a filthy arrogant look from the cashier whom I greeted in a friendly manner. I have been around since this Game was built and it's just been run into the ground. That's what happens when you employ sub par people who lack customer service. I'm 100% certain they will not give me the item I purchased. Effectively they've ****** from me and I have no problem telling the Manager that to his or her face.
