Game lack customer service

I bought a Canon printer in 2025, but it broke and I returned it to Game in Knysna before the 12 months warranty expired. I was told that the result of the damages was that I've been using after market ink refills and I told them that I buy my ink cartridges from Game and their repair technicians must look and they'll see. I had to send printer in for check up with brand new, big cartridges and I've been waiting for weeks to get my ink returned to me. Worst service ever and it's not the first time.
