Game Kolonnade, POOR SERVICE

I have to say that the staff at Game Kolonnade, specifically the group that was woking at the phones department on Saturday (8 May 2020) are the rudest group of people that I have ever encountered! In fact rude is an understatement. They are pure vile human beings with NO respect for people! I went to the store in the afternoon at around 16h00, there was a group of about 5 employees, I went to enquire about a phone that I wanted to buy and not one of them bothered to look up and address me properly, it was after I had repeated myself numerous times that one of them actually bothered to get up and assist me, with an attitude may I add. I will never come back to this store because clearly the employees lack adequate customer service training, I would rather spend my money elsewhere than be condescending to as though I am asking for free stuff. Not to mention Dipuo who when she was called to override the price of the phone, she just looked at the cashier and continued having a chat with another one of the cashiers because why help customers when you can continue having a personal conversation
