game kolonnade misleading adds and unhelpfull staff

went to game kolonnade yesterday to buy an LG tv. the tv was advertised on their website and in stock at that branch. when arriving there, the staff didn't offer any service. after going up and down their range and not finding the specific tv, i asked one of the sales ladies about the tv. she then phoned someone and then told me the tv was discontinued and out of stock. i went into the website on my phone and showed her the product with it being in stock. she then told me she doesn't work for game, but for hisense. during this whole process she was rude and unhelpful. when asking her to speak to a manager to hear what is going on, she totally ignored the question and then proceeded to ignore me. i decided to leave the store then without making a scene. it seems game's sales people do not care about customers in the least. i'm guessing they make enough sales and don't need my money for items purchased at game.
