Game Kokstad poor service.

Good morning. on the 06 November 2018 game started a cellphone deal. R229 for 24 months on a samsung j1 mini prime. You get R120 airtime every month and a R4000 shopping voucher. But for 2 weeks now I couldn't get the contract. The reason is the dont have the phone. How can a company run a promotion but dont have stock. When I asked them to do the phone deal without the phone because I want to use the voucher,they told me They cant because they dont know what colour the phone would be. And no one can tell me when the phone will come. And sad enough today it is two weeks ago. Not game Durban head office or the manager MR. DRAAI can give me a answer. I know Kokstad is a small town, but is that how it works here. The smaller the town,the ****pier the service. Must I just be happy because at least there is a game in our town.
