Game Kokstad has got a man, a manager and his name is Nathi

I wrote a review on this platform about Game Kokstad recently. Game rep****. A guy with the name Nathi called and apologized for the inconvenience they had caused and he invited me to the store to rectify. I went to the store and they offered me the groceries I had previously left due to the advertised prices not comparing with till prices. I was so amazed and happy, not only that, Nathi personally apologized and explained their situation and everything. He then requested that if next time I've got a complaint or a concern I should directly request to see him alternatively ti call him on his PERSONAL cellphone. He not only said that but told me to ask for a certain Mr Draai in case hes not there. I was so happy and still am. I will continue shopping at Game Kokstad. I would like to thank you Nathi. You treated me like a queen. Never will I again leave your store dissatisfied.
