GAME KNYSNA: POOR SERVICE

Good day.

I'm very disappointed with the service from GAME in Knysna. I've been looking for a campmaster 3mx3m gazebo for almost a month now. I've been promised a call back as the item was to be ordered from George. I've been at the Knysna branch 3 times, nor the branch manager, sales person and a lady that stood in for him as he was not present for an unspecified time the one day updated me of the progress. I bought a similar gazebo from another supplier, unfortunately for R200 more, at least i've got the gazebo now and happy with the service.

The Game stores in Knysna won't have my support in the future again.
