Game, Knysna. Brand new faulty treadmill.

I bought an almost R12 000 Trojan treadmill from Game Knysna just over a month ago. I have been away for almost 3 of those weeks. The treadmill was used once by my daughter before we left and once by my son when we got back, he also got back from university the day before our return. He then noticed that the belt was totally shredding apart. This is a brand new machine. I have been begging Game for almost 2 weeks now to get a replacement. All I get told is that it needs to be assessed by Trojan. Spoke to them yesterday and they do not even know when someone will come and assess for repairs. Why should I have to have my brand new purchase repaired?? I would like a new machine, and to be able to use it. Not wait weeks and be ignored. What are my rights? Can I get my money back or get a replacement?
