Game Klerksdorp - No After Sale Service

So the dishwasher we bought from them had a problem, and we booked it in at them to get fixed under the warranty. Then we received it back from them and it works well, however, we noticed that the screen panel is upside down since we got it back from them from the repair. Now I have notified Elmarie from Game Klerksdorp about the issue that the screen is upside down. What a mission. Now 1st of all, not the friendliest person to talk to at game, very sarcastic. Eventually after a huge fight with her, because she refused to assist a call has being logged and received a ref nr.. If I don't ask for feedback she would just ignore me. Now today my wife received an sms that states the call is cancelled by the customer, which I then informed her immediatly that no one called us, we are actually still waiting for the call from them to make the appointment. She then advised me that we must deal with Hisense themselves and not with game. I mean, really? I bought it threw you, I had it repaired threw you and received it back from you with the screen upside down. How is that my problem now and why must I now struggle with Hisense directly? And again the ignoring or no feedback continues. After a while my wife get a call from Elmarie, telling her to take a knife and take off the screen and put it back right side up. Really???????????? How can you expect that from a client.

Unfortunately I am working in another country so I am unable to assist my wife, and game just let her keep on struggle, even though I told them before I left South Africa that I will not be here to help her, then Elmerie told me: "Don't worry, we will take care of everything" What a load of bull**** from Game Klerskdorp.
