Bought a Defy mini oven stove on the 20th of April 2026, the top part of the stove is peeling off, called their client service on the 14th of May 2026 only for them to tell me that its out of their hands, they only refund after 7 days and they dont cover technical faulty. Im now sitting at home with a stove that looks like iv been using it for over 5 years but its only been weeks using the stove yet they refuse to atlist Exchange it for me coz its clear that this one delivered to me obviously has factory fault
