Game Key West disappointing Service

@Game Key West, such disappointing service!! We went there twice to buy a toaster that was advertised as R199 on a Facebook ad(nowhere did it say online only) and in store it was sold at R299. When confronting the Manager, he had an arrogant attitude and refused to listen to what we had to say, we felt belittled as he basically told us to just take it at the price, or leave it!! And some of staff were talking behind our backs not knowing we understood what they had said. We expected a better client service and the matter to be dealt with more gently and calmly! This is an unacceptable service from a chain store we so often support, which will now be a thing of the past and this too will be posted on HelloPeter! Please pick up client service!!
