i purchased a bicycle a few months back at game and had to take it back because the rear brake pad that came with it was of bad quality with steel shrapnel coming out on the surface which effectively scratched the rim, i was given a replacement and now have the same issue again,the brake pad is not even at the halfway line and once again..., a steel piece of shrapnel has protruded and scratched my rim,this is ridiculous,how can you sell such bad quality products to your customers time and time again as if its ok to you,because why not,you're making money out of it at the end of the day,bull**** if you ask me...
