Game Kenilworth, you'll never win at this branch!

Game Kenilworth is one of the worst Game branches to shop at. I was at their store earlier to purchase a few items. They almost never have stock available or their shelves are empty and they need to check in their storeroom if the product is available. There are hardly any floor support staff and the ones that are on the floor are very unfriendly. What topped it all off was there was only one cashier available when I was in line. The other cashier only logged in to assist the lady behind me. Is there no store manager at the Kenilworth branch? If there is what exactly are they responsible for? Where are the buyers and the merchandisers?
