Game Kenilworth thank you

I recently wrote a bad review on bad service recieved at game Kenilworth centre. The manager immediately reaponded and was extremely helpfull and more than willing to listen to my concerns and really went out of his way to assist in resolving the matter. He gave me a refund so i dont need to wait and when i went back honestly the service of the staff was way better, Danie thank you we need more managers like you, i really appreciate that you went the extra mile and that the staff improved their attitudes.
