Game Kenilworth terrible customer service

It saddens me too write this but to get hold of Game Kenilworth on the phone is a damn nightmare. Nobody answers or the phone goes to voicemail. I have called 15times in the last 3days so I am assuming I will have too inconvenience myself by going there to find out what the status of my microwave is. I took my microwave in for repairs on the 15th of September and I have heard nothing since, the service is terrible.
