Game kenilworth poor service and nonchalon attitude

Worst ever! We went on Saturday to purchase a fridge single handedly we were not approached for assistance but rather the salesman who primted the quote made sure his details are om their to get his commision. Bottom line is that we were sold a fridge with defaults and unrounded finish works. We had to the following day go back tothe store because there was no communication from the store only to be eventually promised the fridge will be collected and to this hour it has not been done. I have purchased groceries on saturday whilst awaiting delevery all to find that the fridge is in a poor condition, my food has gone to waste this after the salesmen is aware that we do not have a fridge and it has been made clear to him on Sunday morning as well when we returned to Game. Service is putred and I had to take off work to see to this matter which by far is not resolved.
