GAME KENILWORTH PATHETIC SERVICE

I took my microwave for repairs over a week ago. However I have not heard from Game since. No information on how far it is. They don't even pick up their phones. The one moment I did get through a salesman told me he does not know how to put me through to the right department so I must phone back. Of course when I called back no one bothered to answer till today. I suppose Game wants me to waste petrol to come their and stand an hour in a line just to find out how far the repair is. PATHETIC SERVICE GAME!!!!
