Game Kenilworth Centre will not replace my Defy stove.

I bought a 4 plate Defy stove at Game Kenilworth Centre in November 2018, The stove stopped working 1st week of January 2019. I went back to the store to report the matter and a call was logged with Defy.

Defy sent their Technicians to my place twice and they failed to repair the stove. They approved and sent paperwork to Game stores to replace my stove with a new one as it was still under Guarantee. I have been contacting Game Kenilworth Centre every day for 2 months now and they still have not exchanged the stove.
