Game Kenilworth centre disgusting service
Game Kenilworth centre is a disgrace to the brand. I always get bad customer service going there but today was really the pits. I purchased a canon printer which was faulty after only few months having it, took it back model was discontinued, i then paid difference for a more expensive model, after few months of having it same thing, printer faulty, because of covid i was unable to take it back its still under so called warranty, so ive been waiting 2months.i have 4 kids who has school projects i cud not print, i dont have transport. I went today finally after borrowing someones car, took me hour just to get into the store, eventually i get there. The 2 ladies at customer service makes absolutely no eye contact let me stand for 5mins waiting fir them to finish up, laying and slouching like they really dont feel like being there. I then told them i need them to send printer for repairs as it doesnt want to go on, they told me they offline ill have to come back another day. I EXPLAINED to them very nicely all the effort i had to go thru and how long i had to wait to try and get this fixed, they did not give a ****. They told me i will have to come back and phone for whenever they online and they dont know when thats going to be. I must call in everyday and find a way. I asked them if i can speak to a manager to keep it, take my details n they just log it when they online as i dont know when i have transport. They just stared at me and said no, they cant n thats it. My kids cannot complete their schoolwork, i dont know why games printers dont last. I am highly ****ed because game is a big brand they cud have made some online assistance available for service delivery like this. I feel ive been ******, i cudve just bought a cheap second hand printer if i have to pay for something new and take it in for repairs every few months and ontop ofit get **** service. My kids must now suffer coz i must wait for them to get my printer fixed. I want my money back and i will rather buy a second hand printer somewhere else than having to be treated **** everytime i walk into game Kenilworth centre.
