Game Kenilworth centre

Good day on Friday 31st of May I went to Game store Kenilworth centre to purchase the samsung 13kg washing machine for R5999 using my pay just now app as I have R3500 credit I would pay in the difference which I found out from pay just now can be done the lady at Game refused and said it can't be done I then left the store as she would not listen or look at the messages from pay just now confirming what I'm telling her so pay Just now says I must go back to the store and buy the washing machine but the issue now is the price has now gone up to R7499 now am I expected to pay more very bad service and I do know the ladies name who assisted me in store very bad service Game Kenilworth centre
