Game Kenilworth- Bad after service experience

I bought a tv at Game about 11 months ago. The TV broke and I took the tv back for to game. They sent the TV away for repairs. 2 weeks later I got a sms to say my repair is ready for collection. I went to collect my TV. When I got home I took the other TV that I was using while my tv was out for repairs. I connected the tv up and put the TV back on its stand. I turned the TV on and the TV was still not going on. I then checked the page on the box and saw that I was suppose to be creedited for the TV as the parts were not available to fix my TV. I work night shift so I do not have the time to go back to the store to get my credit that was suppose to be given to me. I will only be able to go back in a weeks time ,as I am working Overtime at work also. This is very bad customer service experience as the person that sent the SMS and gave my TV could have read the page attached to the tv box and realized that I was suppose to be credited for the TV. This is not the first time that I have had problems with this store. I just thought that this is the time that I am going to complain.
